These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DiagonalRoot’s website and services (“Services”). By ordering or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our other policies referenced below.
Related policies: Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Service Level Agreement.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it up to date.
Services are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout. Unless cancelled, services may renew automatically (including where a payment method is stored on file).
To cancel a service, submit a cancellation request through the client area: Dashboard. Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
If a service includes a money back period, it applies only to eligible first time purchases and only within the stated timeframe from service provisioning (not payment processing). Non refundable items may include domains, addons, and non‑monthly terms, unless required by law.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension while the dispute is investigated. We recommend contacting support first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited use includes illegal activities, malicious software, unauthorized access attempts, or any use that interferes with the stability or security of our infrastructure or other customers.
Where a plan includes “unlimited” features, such features are subject to fair use limitations to protect platform stability. Excessive resource consumption, abusive workloads, or attempts to bypass plan limits may require remediation, upgrades, or service restriction.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content and configuration unless a specific backup product is included in your plan. DiagonalRoot is not liable for data loss resulting from customer actions, third‑party software, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Service availability targets, maintenance windows, and service credits (if any) are described in our Service Level Agreement. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control may be excluded as described in the SLA.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DiagonalRoot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or relating to the Services.
We may suspend or terminate Services for non‑payment, policy violations, security risk, or to protect the platform and other customers. In most cases we aim to provide notice and an opportunity to remediate where reasonable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post an updated version and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us via Dashboard.
